Registration (Online registration is available HERE)
- Credit card payment - only online. Within 2 weeks of your registration the Secretariat will send you a confirmation of your payment.
- Bank transfer - it is possible to request an invoice during the online registration process.
※ The registration is considered confirmed and definite after full payment is received.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the KCWS 2015 Secretariat by e-mail to openinnovationtmc@gmail.com
- The Conference Secretariat will confirm your cancellation in writing by return email.
- The following cancellation charges will occur: A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from all refunds.
- Cancellations made before or on (The date will be notified on later), refund 100% only except for processing fee. Cancellations made after (The date), cannot be processed.
